Software Developer

C# .NET Software Engineer needed to join a large investment bank. You will be working within the Core Data Services team who is running a large data program to address data collection, collation, validation and distribution across the Asset management space. In this role there will be a need to work closely with all IT department departments and department stakeholders. Responsibility will include IT development, documentation, work task planning and contribution to both solution architecture and design.

The ideal candidate should have:
* Excellent communication, interpersonal & presentation skills
* 5+ years proven Professional Development experience
* Tenacity, self-motivation and an ability to work under time pressure
* Fluency in English, preferably also German
* Degree or similar in Information technology
* Preferably experienced within the financial services sector
* Proven Object Oriented Design and development

Technology experience required:
* C#
* .net framework 3.5/4.0

Beneficial:
* Messaging (Particularly Tibco)
* Knowledge of threading models
* WCF
