Software Design Engineer in Test C#

OUR CLIENT IS THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST\'S SIGNATURE SOFTWARE ENTERPRISE SEEKING A QUALIFIED SDET TO PROVIDE UI SYSTEM TESTS, UI CONTENT TESTS, AND SOME FEATURE TESTING. Candidates must be able to write in C#.

OVERVIEW

- Design and development of test plans for User Interface system and features
- Writing automated test cases using Visual Studio's Test framework using C#
- Writing comprehensive feature-level test plans and executing them
- Development of needed test tools to execute tests
- Development of test metrics and communication to the team as a whole
- Working with engineers and other testers to define test needs, metrics, debug hooks and tools for testing

QUALIFICATIONS

- 2-4 plus years of software testing experience needed, game-specific testing a plus
- 1+ years of experience writing test plans required
- Ability to read and write C# required
- C++ skills a plus
- Familiarity with database programming experience using SQL preferred
- Solid knowledge of software quality assurance practices and strong testing aptitude
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science required and some gaming business/functional knowledge preferred

This contract position is expected to be 12 months in duration.
