Our client is the Pacific Northwests most popular software corporation seeking a candidate with experience working with wireless home devices, test equipment and Wi-Fi protocols. The best candidate will bring a can-do mindset, great interpersonal skills, and strong technical background to back it up. Daily job functions will stretch from writing test specs, running test cases, analysing test results with the engineering team, and engaging with development partners. The candidate will need adaptability, flexibility, and the ability to acquire new skills on the fly. A proven track record of defining, designing, specifying, managing, and testing wireless technologies and APIs is a must.

MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS

- Proven testing experience including solid technical test case development and test execution and analysis
- Deep experience in Wi-Fi network simulators like IXIA
- Experience in network protocol testing tools
- Expert in networking technologies, home networks, streaming protocols
- Solid understanding of the constraints of delivering video over networks
- Knowledge of the market and industry: competitors and customer needs
- The ability to partner closely with both internal and external customers and partners
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related technical equivalent and 3-5+ years of industry experience
