Software Defect & Change Management

* Support the Software Project Leader
* Responsible for receiving, recording and tracking of Defects & Changes
* Serve the team in dispatching defects and facilitate the team to take decisions
* Prioritize Defects fixing and Changes with the help of project management
* Track and Push Defect & Change tickets
* Group related Defects & Changes to be processed in one task when appropriate
* Know details about the status of a Defect or Change
* Participation in weekly team meetings and CCB meetings with the customer
* Provide weekly status reports about Defects & Changes internally and to our customer
* Support of Defect & Change closure planning
* Create change request description, CCB meeting minutes, Change requests impact analysis report
* Provide engineering input to program management for customer change requests
* Respect quality requirements of the companys Software Design Process

VORAUSSETZUNGEN:

* Experienced in the area of embedded or automotive software development
* Expert or Master in handling of Defects / Changes in software development cycles
* Knowledge in usage of Defect / Change tracking system(s) is a requirement
* Knowledge in SCRUM is an advantage
* Knowledge of RTC is an advantage
* Experienced with customer contacts is a requirement
* Reliable German and English
* CV in English language required
