What You'll Be Doing:

- Reviewing, searching, and interpreting Global Software Contracts for divestiture terms and conditions, interfacing with contract owners and supplier's as needed for clarification on divestiture terms (eg transferability, duration of use during transition, affiliate definitions, etc..).
- Attend meetings and have frequent communication with the divestiture sponsors, and contract owners as needed, to provide contract details as requested for software in scope for divestiture projects.
- Provide notification at the appropriate times to suppliers, and follow up on correspondence and issues as needed for each project.
- Provide updates on project status on a regular basis, and recommendations if escalations are needed. Keep an ongoing log and file of emails, notices of transfers, and associated transfer/assignment documents.
- Track all documents to fully executed completion. Enhance and update an Excel Worksheet that contains the divestiture terms (known as the Transferability Matrix) with additional terms and suppliers for future project reference.
- Make process recommendations to simplify the overall process.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

- Use of Microsoft Tools (Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer);
- Navigate oracle database
- Legal expertise interpreting software agreements
- Strong communication (oral/written)
- Excellent time management skills and detail-oriented.
