Software Architect/SW Developer .NET

For our banking client here in Zürich we are currently looking for a Software Architect/SW Development .NET for a contract opportunity for 6 months

Short Project description:
Our task is to analyze, design, develop and finally deploy a new Private Banking application, called MySTT. MySTT supports CS PB Releationship Managers and Line Managers to request and approve customer specific price reduction "Special Tariff Terms" (STT's) for PB products eg. discretionary mandate. The system supports the whole life cycle of an STT starting with the request process going forward to the approval, then to the validation- and finally to the implementation and execution step. There are more special process steps like cancellation, renewal, archiving and more. A second crucial part of the system is to regular monitor and report STT's, their status and mainly the summarized amount of given price allowance in certain mareket areas (products). Todays old system has several drawbacks. It does not support the sophisticated price models the business would like to use in detail and it is not integrated with the CS backendystems which leads to additional manual work to implement given STT's in those systems. PB has therefore decided to develop a new more efficient and higher integrated system, MySTT.

Required professional skills:
The role demands profound IT technical and SW Archtectural skills preferable with knowledge and background in the .net SW development.
The candidate must show experiences and strong knowledge on how to to design, implement and integrate different technical System components and views as: Functional and Non-functional View, Principles, Interface View, Infrastructure View, Deployment View, Operational View, Security View and Data View.
He/she must be familiar with Technology selection and Architecture Justification and understand how to prepare and represent his/her results.
The given application will be developed with C# .Net, Silverlight, SQL Server, Webservices and Kerberos on the security site.
Any skills in these or comparable technologies are very helpfull.

Leadership and Deliverables:
The role demands strong communication, stand up and integration skills. The collaboration with business requirement engineers, CS IT Architects and all other stakeholders is crucial. It is paramount to bring these different stakeholders together and derive and facilitate mutual agreed solutions and finally approvals. To be able to achieve this goal, an ongoing communication and linking with all relevant CS stakeholders is essential. The role carries the responsibility for all architectural concepts and documents mainly for the Software Architecture Definition (SAD) along with all needed approvals. In the development phase of the project duties and deliverables are to enhance and adjust the several Architectural views and to support and secure the correct implementation and integration of the several SAD concepts and compontents.

Excellent command of the English language.
More than 5 years working experience.
General interest in the banking environment.
Strong communication skills.
Master degree or equivalent in computer science or similar.
Excellent knowledge in online transaction processing systems, data persistency, and systemintegration; good knowledge of Kerberos security is very helpful.
Excellent and ongoing hands on experiences in Microsoft .net development technologies (C#, .net, Silverlight, WCF, WFF, Webservices, SQL Server).
Experience and good understanding of state machine based Workflow implementation would be very helpful
