Software Architect

Our client, a leading IT services organisation in Manchester, are currently looking for a Software Architect to join them on a 2.5 month duration contract.

The Software Architect will act as a technical lead and authority on the design and development of the solution, acting as the bridge between architecture, design, development, platform and support teams.

Ideal skills and experience include:

- Java software architect
- JEE Application technologies JSP, Servlets, JSF, MVC, JPA, Spring, Hibernate
- Web Services Design: Web APIs, SOAP, REST, WSDL, WADL, XML/XSD and JSON
- Web Oriented Architecture, Website Architecture, eCommerce Architecture, Service Oriented Architecture, Domain Driven Design, ESBs, Messaging and EIPs and Transaction/Batch Processing Systems
