- Warten von Software-Applikationen aufgrund von fachlichen und betrieblichen Anforderungen
MUSS:
- Telefonsupport von Automaten-Servicemitarbeiter im Feld & Daten-Management (50%)
- Präventive Wartung der Automaten im Feld/Analyse von Fehler-Meldungen (30%)
- Support von Tester (15%)
- Wartung und Weiterentwicklung von existierenden Skripten (Bash & Ruby) (5%)
SOLL:
- Kenntnisse von Artikel/Datenstruktur bei SBB
- HW-Kenntnisse
KOMPETENZEN:
- Guter Kommunikator (Telefonsupport) in Deutsch & Französisch
- Gute Kenntnisse im Support von Linux & Windows Systemen
ZUSÄTZLICHE KOMPETENZEN:
- Java Kenntnisse zur Fehleranalyse- und Debugfähigkeiten (direkt im Code)
- Bash & Ruby Skripte
- Netzwerk Basiswissen
