SOFTWARE ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT MIAMI, FL 10 MONTH CONTRACT

This is an Entry Level position onsite at our client's location.

- Collect license entitlement and contract information for in-scope software titles
- Identify and coordinate software installations and removals
- Conduct an inventory of licenses for non-standard environments (VDI, Citrix, Baselines, etc.)
- Conduct periodic software license reconciliations and reports
- Identify and categorize top software installations across the company and document licensing models
- Work with CompuCom Software License SME to improve the process of procuring software thru the CompuCom Catalog
- As needed, assist in the resolution of CompuCom invoice issues related to software purchases

SKILLS:

- IT knowledge of software licenses and applications, migrating from XP to 7, need someone to check that licenses are up to date,
- Access and Excel to provide and manipulate data
- IT knowledge surrounding software licensing and how they are applied and relate to Windows migration.
- Hours: 7am-5pm
- Software Asset Management compliance support as part of client Software Asset Management governance program
