SOE DESIGN SPECIALIST

This client, a major Federal Government department has a brand new requirement for an SOE Design Specialist to join their busy team.

The successful candidate for this role will be reporting directly to the Executive Manager and will be required to develop Windows Server SOE platforms, work on full life cycles including enhancements and defect resolution, and develop integration and automation in the cloud based environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO;

- Developing application objects with corporate software development tools such as MSI and WISE packaging, and should be expanded to also include SCCM and Citrix)
- Consult with customers to obtain project deliverables and specific requirements
- Create and maintain professional and comprehensive documentation libraries

SKILLS REQUIRED;

- 5+ years of experience in Engineering and Solution Design
- Past experience to work in SOE Development & Best Practices
- Software licensing technologies and product activation
- Comprehensive knowledge of snapshot
- Working knowledge of Application Packaging/repackaging Technologies
- Familiarity with MSI and/or WISE Packaging Technologies
- Strong knowledge of Desktop Applications
