To create and manage the detailed Schedule of Events (SoE) to enable a successful migration of two portfolios - Citi and Banco popular-e
Create and manage the Schedule of Events (SoE)
Facilitate workshops and discussions across all workstreams, business and vendors, as required
Ensure the critical path for weekend events is documented
Support the event communication process by providing accurate and up-to-date SoE information
Implement and adhere to the SoE Change Control Process
Liaise with both business and technical IT teams
Work with third parties as appropriate
Support the smooth running of all events with the adherence of the Schedule of Events (SoE)
Support the Implementation Project Manager
