Social Worker / Senior Practitioner £38 Ph Ltd. In Bedfordshire

We are looking for a Social Worker for a fast paced first response service, you must be able to problem solve, prioritise quickly, identify risk, be an experienced safeguarding practitioner.
The client is committed to supporting and developing their most important asset – their social workers in both Children and Adults Services they are following a progressive and exciting path that is seeing performance improvements and innovations that are making big differences to vulnerable people in the community.
Being a senior practitioner / Social worker with in the adults safeguarding team is challenging but rewarding. It is about making a positive difference to people's lives by contributing to their health, safety, wellbeing and increase the overall quality of their life.
The Role
To facilitate and support service users
To undertake supported self-assessments and reviews to identify needs and outcomes.
Providing assessments of need taking into account current support systems and to evaluate potential risks, for example Mental Capacity Act, continuing health care and safeguarding.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with adult protection.
This role is looking for a candidate will to start immediately
It is paying £38 Ph Ltd.

Candidate minimum requirements:
HCPC registered
Car Owner drivers
Five Years Minimum Post Qualified experience of working in that type of team
