Social Worker / Project Worker

TXM Healthcare are currently recruiting a qualified social worker for a project for a central London borough.

A skilled social worker / project worker is required to lead on project to identify and assist with managing Ordinary Residence referrals within the service. This work will include identifying service users where ordinary residence may need to be considered and to complete appropriate case work including reviews / best interest decisions and ensuring that appropriate paperwork regarding tenancy / licence agreement is in place.

As part of this role the individual will work closely with our legal services team to ensure that OR requests are made and responded to appropriately and active management of OR requests occurs.

There will be a development aspect to develop robust processes and framework for tracking and responding to OR requests.

To be considered you must be HCPC registered as a social worker, and also have post qualified experience in a similar setting.
