Social Worker - Looked After Children - East London

If you're an experienced Social Worker in search of a new opportunity in London, this could be an excellent opportunity. My client, a reputable Local Authority in East London, is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join their Looked After Children Team. Following the findings of the Munro Review my client has invested a great deal of time and money into transforming the service, making this the ideal time to join.

You will have a minimum of two years post qualified experience, ideally with recent experience working with Looked After Children. Given the nature of this role experience of managing a varied caseload of children and young people, care planning and report writing is extremely important. A relevant Social Work qualification and HCPC registration is essential, but it is not essential to have your own vehicle given the excellent transport links.
