Social Worker, CWD

Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a social worker to work within our CHILDREN WITH DISABILITIES team based with the children with complex needs service
This is an exciting opportunity and the role will include
*Manage a Children & Families caseload to include diverse cases
*Contribute to and review the development of ongoing initiatives
*Initiate and develop close working partnerships with statutory agencies
*Inform advise, counsel and support clients and carers
*Complete initial and core assessments
This is a great opportunity that has an ongoing month contract with a strong possibility of a long extension and an excellent rate of pay.
For this position you would ideally have:
*HCPC registration
*Relevant qualification to work in social care sector
*Previous experience within this role or similar roles previous
