Social Worker - Community Mental Health

Our client has a job vacancy for a Social Worker to work within a Community Mental Health Team based in Hampshire. This vacancy has an initial 3 month contract and the pay rate for this role is £28 per hour (limited company worker).

The duties for this role will be:
- Working with adults aged 18-65 with mental health problems.
- Conducting mental health and social care needs assessments.
- Offering short term treatment intervention.
- Liaising with a multidisciplinary team.
- Supporting service users during their recovery.

You must hold a Social Work qualification, HCPC registration and have at least 2 years recent post qualifying experience working as a social worker within a Community Mental Health Team. You must have knowledge of the RIO electronic clinical notes system. Previous mental health experience is essential and AMHP training is desirable.
