Social Worker | Children with Disabilities | Northamptonshire

A Children with Disabilities team in Kettering, Northamptonshire is looking for two locum Social Workers to join them on an ongoing contract basis.
This is a lovely team with experienced and supportive managers. They are looking for people who have a minimum of two years post-qualifying experience of working with children with disabilities within a statutory setting.
Within this role you will:
*Monitor and review care packages for disabled children
*Make initial assessments and Core Assessments and Section 47
*Produce Initial and Review Child Protection Case Conference Reports
*Present at panel for securing funding of service packages
