Social Worker (Children & Families) x 2

My Local Authority Client requires a 2 x qualified Social Worker's to join their team, to work in one of the following area's Family Support Services, including Referral and Assessment and Children in Need. Looked After Children's Service including care proceedings and permanency planning. Children's Resources including Fostering and Adoption and Placements. Children with Disabilities Team .Youth Offending Service. You will have experience of working in Children and Families, possess demonstrable knowledge of child care law and the ability to apply it to situations where children may be at risk or needing to be looked after. The ability to prioritise a case load/work load, to use supervision and line management appropriately and to work as an effective member of the social work team. Proven training and coaching skills delivered in a care/family support setting Proven impartial and thorough assessment skills in a care/family support setting. Registration with the GSCC/Enhanced CRB/DBS/Diploma in Social Work, CQSW or CSS
