Social Worker - Adults Hospital

Our client has a job vacancy for a Social Worker to work within an Adults Hospital Team based in Ealing. This vacancy has an initial 3 month contract and the pay rate for this role is negotiable (limited company worker).

Requirements:
Have you got a social work degree or equivalent?
Are you HCPC registered?
Do you have at least 2 years recent post qualified experience working within an Adults Hospital Team?
Do you have forensic experience, preferably within an NHS setting?

If you fit these requirements then you could be the ideal candidate.

Duties:
- You will be carrying out complex assessments and reviews.
- You will be coordinating care.
- You will be producing reports.
