Social Worker - Adults Community Complex Care

Our client has a job vacancy for a Social Worker to work within an Adults Community Complex Care Team based in Somerset. This vacancy has an initial 6 month contract and the pay rate for this role is £26 per hour (limited company worker).

Requirements:
Have you got a social work degree or equivalent?
Are you HCPC registered?
Do you have at least 2 years recent post qualified experience working within Adult's Services in the UK?

Duties:
- You will be taking responsibility for a caseload of varying complexity.
- You will be undertaking assessments of risk and care needs in relation to service users and carers.
- You will be carrying out statutory reviews and complying with appropriate legislation, policy and procedures.
- You will be engaging with people refusing a service, who are at risk to self or others.
- You will be using an integrated care programme approach and risk assessments to protect the safety of individuals.
- You will be preparing and presenting reports as necessary to facilitate proper decisions being made in respect of service users.
