Social Work Practice Lead - Family Support

Our client has a job vacancy for a Social Work Practice Lead to work within a Family Support Team based in Portsmouth. This vacancy has an initial 3 month contract and the pay rate for this role is negotiable depending on experience (limited company worker).

Requirements:
Have you got a social work degree or equivalent?
Are you HCPC registered?
Do you have 2 years experience within a similar role in the UK?

Duties:
- You will be performance managing and reflective supervision of front line social workers.
- You will be chairing child in need (CIN) planning meetings and strategy meetings.
- You will be quality assuring core assessments and section 7 reports.
- You will be leading staff meetings in manager's absence.
- You will be auditing children in need (CIN) plans.
- You will be providing training across teams in analysis for core assessments, questionnaires and scales, use of other assessment tools and Child in Need Plans both one to one and group sessions.
