Social Woker, Adoption

Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a Social Worker to work within our Adoption team based in the West Sussex area.
This is an exciting opportunity and the role will include
*Managing a Children & Families caseload to include diverse cases
*Contribute to and review the development of ongoing initiatives
*Initiate and develop close working partnerships with statutory agencies
*Inform advise, counsel and support clients and carers
*Recruit, train, assess and support adoptive parents and foster carers
This is a great opportunity that has Long term contract with an excellent rate of pay.
For this position you would ideally have:
*HCPC registration
*Degree in Social Work (or any other recognised equivalent qualification)
*Computer literacy
It is desirable that you would have a working knowledge of family court proceeding and looked after children/children in need.
