Social Services Occupational Therapist - Powys

Our client has vacancies for Social Services Occupational Therapists to work in Stoke. The pay rate for this role is 25 per hour.

Duties -
- Providing occupational therapy to users within the community.
- Undertaking and reviewing assessments of users in consultation with other health professionals.
- Providing aids and rehabilitation.
- Designing tailor-made equipment and adaptations to users' homes and providing advice on design and planning of buildings and facilities.

Requirements -
You must have a relevant qualification in Occupational Therapy, be professionally registered in the area you wish to work and be eligible to work in the UK. Candidates applying to work in England must hold a HCPC registration. You must have a minimum of 2 year post qualifying experience within a similar role. You must own and drive a car.
