Job Description:
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for creating and managing the advertising programs and related content that runs social media properties.

Includes:
o Acting as the consumer-facing voice within social
o Must be a strong writer, excellent communicator
o Ensuring tone of voice is consistent with brand guidelines
o Working with agency and internal business units manage promotions and projects that drive brand objectives
o Managing calendar for all social advertising activities
o Providing continuous, as needed analysis, recommendations and rationale for social strategy and communications
o Driver of change/risk taker: experience in implementing next-generation marketing campaigns and supportive technology
o Innovating, creating new social media marketing campaigns/ideas
o Sourcing best-in-class technology partners to deploy social media marketing based campaigns

Required Qualifications:
o 4 years digital marketing experience
o 3 years social media, community management experience
o Self-starter, initiative to improve processes and output; organizational by nature
o Excellent written and oral communication skills for the development and presentation of marketing strategies and results analysis
o Exceptional project/program management skills
o Ability to work with multiple departments and large extended agency team
o Candidate must thrive in high energy, competitive, always-on environments
