For our Pharmaceutical client based in Basel we are looking for a
Social Media Manager.
Start date: 01/04/2017
End date: 30/06/2017
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of efficient governance reflecting regulatory and internal requirements to ensure compliance using social media.
5-7 years of experience in governance & policy management, risk and compliance management for Social Media within a regulated environment
- Understanding how to drive value through Social Media
- Understand how external regulation affects Social Media
- Understand complex processes and business issues related to management of Social Media across global organization
- Develop and maintain the global governance framework for social media to ensure efficient and effective operations and decision making across organization
- Proactive knowledge of legislations, policies and regulatory changes within Social Media
- Allocate and communicate responsibilities and accountabilities defined in procedures in line with agreed-on governance design principles, decision-making models and delegation
- Support understanding and full implementation of the governance framework for Social Media within the divisions globally
- Track compliance with governance framework, collect the feedback of units and identify opportunities to improve the governance framework
- Collaborate with internal support functions (including legal, risk and compliance) to identify new regulations and requirements affecting Social Media operations
