Social Media Governance & Compliance Senior Consultant/Manager with profound development and maintenance of efficient governance experience knowledge wanted for our Basel based client in the banking sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Expertise in driving value through Social Media across a global organization
- Deep and current knowledge of regulations, policies and legislation standards and changes within Social Media
- Ability to lead global project teams, drive global implementations and collaborate with Heads in Social Media & governance
- Must be passionate about Social Media and an excellent communicator with outstanding organizational and planning skills
- 5+ years professional experience in governance & policy management, risk and compliance management for Social Media within a regulated environment
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
YOUR TASKS:
- Leading development, maintenance and communication of pragmatic policies, procedures, guidance and control frameworks (governing documentation) in Social Media that will set the global standards for a global organization
- Advising Social Media leadership on compliance in Social Media, supporting the global implementation and tracking compliance of the governance framework
- Collaborating with internal support functions (including compliance, risk and legal) to identify new requirements and regulations
- Providing expertise, good practice and strategic advice on governance implementation for divisions, regions countries and business units across the organization
- Monitoring key metrics and goals of management and governance processes against targets, analysing causes for deviations and initiating actions to Remedy the identified causes
- Allocating and communicating responsibilities/accountabilities defined in procedures in line with agreed-on governance design principles, decision-making models and delegation
