JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Provide support for issues
- Research issues internally and externally
- Develop working relationships with key experts
- Meet and exceed deadlines for delivering responses to requests for help
- Manage the relationships and communications with our contacts with professionalism and discretion.
- With senior manager, develop synergies to apply solutions across company properties and in other social channels where our partner and our customers seek help.

SKILLS:

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

- 4-10 years experience
- Strong trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills.
- Technical ability, detail-oriented, able to manage carrier relations.
- Full understanding of consumer experience with telecom and Android OS.
- Experience with consumer support channels - call centers, Web sites, etc.
- Experience with social media, how the different social channels work, and how to engage on those channels.
- Self-starter, able to work independently at the fast-pace required by social media. Good manager of time; essential ability to meet deadlines.
- Judgment to determine when an issue can be managed independently, when it requires help or escalation.
