For our Client in BASEL, we are looking for a SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR, for a 8 MONTHS contract.
Duration: ASAP to 31/12/2018
Location: Basel
Workload: 100%
Job purpose:
Responsible for daily social media posts to corporate accounts. The right candidate will have a degree in marketing or news media, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills (including proofreading), and have some knowledge of social media channels.
Major Responsibilities:
- Maintains a full overview of all content/campaigns running on group social accounts.
- Ensures the consistency and relevance of content across group social media accounts.
- Provides guidance on the content process and reinforce the content guidelines followed on group social media accounts.
- Reviews content submissions to ensure that all the information is accurate and completed.
- Proofreads all social media content posts.
- Verifies the accuracy and relevance of hashtags, mentions, tagging etc.
- Publishes approved content in social studio or in social media accounts platforms (where applicable)
- Ensures the daily completion of the approval process and records this information on the content tracker in SharePoint.
- Promotes and enforces the guidelines and vision for group social media accounts.
- Maintains a constant line of communication with all content partners/stakeholders.
- Monitors and triages all income messages received in generic inbox:
- Stays up to date with the process on group social accounts and ensures the socialization of this process to content partners/stakeholders
Candidate's Profile:
Work experience:
- Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
- Experience working in SharePoint environment.
- Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
Linguistic background:
- Fluency in English
Education:
- BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations as advantage
