An exciting new role has been created at one the leading financial services companies in the Hampshire area. The company specialise in providing wealth management solutions, such as investments, pensions and life assurance, to help financial advisers manage their clients wealth.

As Social Media Community Manager you will be responsible for developing and delivering digital marketing listening and engagement across the companys social media space. You will support key business areas while developing and driving future social media opportunities.

Alongside developing social media strategy, the successful candidate will also:
Be responsible for the companys social media presence online.
Own, plan and deliver a series of regular engagement initiatives in support of both wider campaign activities and social media only activity, liaising with internal contributors and stakeholders as well as external agency partners as required.
Plan and develop strategies for increasing conversation, interaction and Consideration for our target Customer and Adviser.
Develop and maintain social media spaces, and seek new opportunities.
Implement and develop data insight to measure success, performance and new opportunities.
Proactively Identify industry trends and discussion, working with internal teams to consider and deliver activity on these subjects and debate.
Build relationships with key members of the community and influencers.

This company are looking for a creative and experienced candidate, one who is keen to work in a large business and always search for new opportunities. You should be adept at stakeholder management, and always approach work with a wider business perspective in mind.

You should also have experience and a proven ability to create and execute digital marketing and social media programmes, and a thorough working knowledge of social market tools (specifically Meltwater, HootSuite or Radian6).

In addition, you should be comfortable managing both budgets and projects, and deal with problems efficiently and professionally.

The ideal candidate will need:

Plenty of digital marketing agency/in-house experience.
Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills.
Proven track record within the Direct to Consumer
Proven track record of engagement in an B2B space.

Experience of working in financial services or another regulated sector, and experience of working in digital media across multiple territories would also be a real advantage in this role.
