Projektbeschreibung

This is a position in the Global Ethics & Compliance team. Its mission is to enhance trust and protect the company's reputation by enabling a culture of ethical behavior based on its Values and its Vision that all employees will be empowered to take accountability for ethical decisions that serve patient's needs and advance sustainable growth.

The Social Media and Digital Innovation Coordinator will support the Global Ethics & Compliance team by managing its global digital solutions, collecting and assessing local business requirements across countries, coordinating local pilots and upscaling to global digital solutions. The main digital solution is currently the Code of Conduct Digital Hub. Developed the Digital Hub to bring its new Global Code of Conduct to life through an online, immersive social media platform accessible by all employees.

THE SOCIAL MEDIA AND DIGITAL INNOVATION COORDINATOR WILL HAVE THREE CORE AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

* Digital Hub management and quality control

* Coordination of editorial, approval and publishing process for the Digital Hub content

* Coordination of global Ethics and Compliance digital initiatives

The Digital Coordinator will be asked to support the Global Ethics & Compliance team in other areas as needed.

We are looking for a motivated, creative, proactive and engaged person who will be able to support us proactively and reactively, working closely with potential influencers, content sources, subject matter experts, the Ethics & Compliance community and other business functions globally.

The Social Media and Digital Innovation Coordinator should live by our company's Values and foster a collaborative working environment, putting their excellent interpersonal, team and stakeholder management skills into play every day.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

* Digital Hub management and quality control (50% of the role)

* Ensure day-to-day operations of the Digital Hub

* Control quality of its functionality and content

* Coordinate planning, development, UAT and approval of functionality enhancements

* Generate statistics and evaluate them together with user feedback

* Cooperate with external vendors and internal partners on all of the above

COORDINATION OF EDITORIAL, APPROVAL AND PUBLISHING PROCESS FOR THE DIGITAL HUB CONTENT

* Review content

* Support content approval workflow on Sharepoint

* Support and coordinate content creation, adjustment, formating, design, translation and subtitling

* Evaluate existing content and manage its adjustments

COORDINATION OF GLOBAL ETHICS & COMPLIANCE DIGITAL INITIATIVES (50% OF THE ROLE)

* Review and coordinate evaluation of local initiatives

* Coordinate a Matrix of compliance digital initiatives and projects

* Collect and consolidate business requirements

* Coordinate cooperation across corporate levels and business functions

SUPPORT OF THE GLOBAL ETHICS & COMPLIANCE TEAM

* Flexible project-based or operational support of other activities as needed

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

* Minimum Bachelor and preferably Master Degree in social sciences

* Work experience of 1-3 years

* Fluent level (C2) of US English

PROVEN RECORD OF:

* Work in a corporate, multicultural and global environment

* Strong interest and skill in social media, digital innovation, communications and training

* Ability to manage projects, prioritize, be efficient and effective

* Ability to apply quantitative social science methods for business purposes

* Ability to build (stakeholder) relationships in virtual corporate environment

* Proficiency in MS Office and advanced skills in Sharepoint

* Ability to successfully work in a team with flat hierarchy where decisions are taken based on merit.

* Long term interest to pursue career in the life science industry
