SOCIAL COMMUNITY MANAGER - ECOMMERCE - LONDON

My client, a global online travel company, is urgently seeking a Social Community Manager to join their Social Media Marketing team.

This position will be tasked with implementing the Company's Owned Social Media strategy. The main goal of this role will be utilizing social media to deliver best-in-class content marketing (driving brand awareness and sales) and customer service in their EMEA region.

- Proven track record in managing social media channels
- Experience in content creation, copywriting, editing and implementation/posting
- Experience of working as part of a broader marketing/communications team
- Practical experience of community moderation/management as well as experience of building advocacy and engagement across multiple channels
- Familiarity with existing and emerging social media platforms
- Familiarity with content creation (image/audio/video)
- Advanced computer skills, including a high proficiency in social media CMS tools such as ConverSocial, Hootesuite, Radian6 ( or similar relevant platforms)

LOCATION: C. London

RATE: £100+/day

DURATION: 12 months+
