SOA Programme Manager

My client a leading IT solutions provider are seeking to recruit an SOA Programme Manager for a 12 month contract based in Paris.

You will bring the below skill set:

Skills:
*Understanding the Organizational Change Management Process
*Experience in managing multiple projects concurrently
*Understanding of the SOA concepts an added plus
*Understanding of SOA Service life cycle process
*Understanding of SOA Governance processes
*PMP/PGMP Certification

Roles and Responsibilities:
*Manage interactions and dependencies between multiple project teams that produce and consume SOA-based web services.
*Manage organizational change as part of roll-out of the SOA-based architecture (Organizational change management)
*Liaise with project managers of SOA consumer teams to understand release dependencies
*Stakeholder management and communication, including Relationship management
*Liaise with SOA (Service Producing) teams to align service roadmap with project releases
*Maintain the SOA Service Roadmap and prioritize service development
*Understanding of the Software Factory model (services development team) from the point of view of liaison and interactions.

*SOA Roadmap
*Dependency Tracking Register
*Effective roll-out of the initiative cutting multiple projects and entities
*Management Report
*Risk Management Artifacts
