ABOUT THE POSITION

GTN Technical Staffing is currently seeking an SOA Integration Developer for a 3M C2H opportunity in Corinth, TX.  The SOA Integration Developer will design, develop, maintain, and support Integration using WebSphere Connectivity/Governance and Oracle Fusion Middleware including SOA Suite 10g/11g.  The SOA Integration Developer will design system and defines problems by establishing output requirements and preparing proper documentation in professional format.  The SOA Integration Developer will assist users in determining specific system requirements and devises means of achieving desired end results. The SOA Integration Developer will be required to comply with the SDLC - Software Development Life Cycle Methodology including design, specifications, testing and release management.  The SOA Integration Developer will code, test, debug and modify new and existing applications.  The SOA Integration Developer will determine the impact of proposed projects on current work load by establishing schedules for analysis, programming, and project completion/implementation.  The SOA Integration Developer will perform technical reviews of operating systems to identify and correct system problems.  The SOA Integration Developer will assist users in performing operational evaluation of installed systems and in making system adjustments to increase effectiveness.  Additionally, the SOA Integration Developer will provide production support for applications, manage assigned requests to completion in a timely manner, and maintain data integrity and security protocols of all systems.
