My client a leading IT solutions provider are seeking to recruit an SOA Designer/Developer for a 3-6 month contract based in Dublin with a large telecoms organisation.
You will bring the below skill set:
Position: SOA Design/Development resource with experience in Oracle fusion 11 g suite
Skill: BEA Weblogic/Oracle Fusion 11g, Web services, WSDL, XSD, XQuery/XPath, SOAP, Java/JEE, Spring framework, Hibernate, Oracle, PL/SQL
Domain Knowledge: Telecom domain
Type: On contract
Location: Dublin
Start date: Immediate
Experience: 5 - 7 years.
Job description:
* Work closely with the Solution Architecture team providing them with assistance to produce the solution assessment.
* Be able to read and understand the MW SOA code so that they can create solid designs based on existing functionality and the required solution.
* Create the HLD document and present it at peer reviews.
* Once the design is complete the coding is carried out by our off shore development team. The designer will be required to work with the development team to ensure that the design is understood by the developers and the coding is completed accurately as per the HLD.
* Once the coding is complete the designer will be required to perform MIT (Most Important Tests) and a high level code review to ensure that the deliverable is complete.
Provide technical support to the following areas -
* Independent test team during E2E test and carry out defect triage prior to code fix.
* The development team with defect fixing.
* The operations team during OAT (Operation Acceptance Testing), project go live and warranty.
The candidate must be a good communicator and be able to deal with various teams within the organisation - solution architects, business analysts, test leads, developers, project and release managers.
