SOA Architect (NAF; UML; Sparx EA)

For our Pan-European client in Brussels EUROCITY is looking for an experienced SOA ARCHITECT (NAF; UML; SPARX EA) to work on a long term contract. The purpose of the Contract is TO MODEL AND ARCHITECT SOA SERVICES WITHIN THE ORGANISATION.  

DUTIES:

- To do SERVICE INVENTORY for a particular domain of the organisation
- To do SERVICE ANALYSIS of the services identified in step 1;
- To do SERVICE MODELLING of the candidate business services (capabilities) analysed in step 2. The output model will be compliant with the relevant SOA principles.
- To do SERVICE MODEL CONSOLIDATION of several domain services into a global model
- To do SERVICE MODEL VERIFICATION
- Coach the staff in their SOA work
- Provide SOA training to the IM team

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE

- University Degree or equivalent in Software Engineering
- 2 years' experience with net-centric infrastructure and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) technology (architecture, analysis and modelling) using UML and SoaML
- Experience working with large and distributed architecture
- Experience working with the NAF framework
- Experience using Sparx EA
