Als Snr. Recruiter nehmen Sie, im Dialog und in Absprache mit der Linie sowie weiteren Anspruchsgruppen, folgende Tätigkeiten wahr:

Enge zusammen Arbeit mit anderen internen HR-Partnern

Sicherstellung des Personalgewinnungsprozesses

Prüfung und Bearbeitung der eingehenden Bewerbungen und Pflege der Datenbank

Durchführung von kompetenzbasierten Interviews

Auftragserteilung zur Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen

MUSSKRITERIEN:

-

Kaufmännische Grundausbildung, Weiterbildung im HR
-

Mind. 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Rekrutierung, vorzugsweise im Banking Umfeld
-

Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung sowie speditive Arbeitsweise unerlässlich
-

Freude am Kontakt mit Kandidaten und Linienvorgesetzten
