ROLE REQUIREMENTS

- Primarily responsible for maintaining the change portfolio across the organisation, actively monitoring and assessing the impact of changes to ensure a single approach to the change portfolio
- The Senior PMO Consultant drives initiatives that support pro-active management of project delivery risks and issues. Examples of these are reporting, progress meetings and specific project management governance.

SKILLS REQUIRED

- Experience of implementing Business and IT change programmes
- Excellent stakeholder management at all levels from business customers through IT
- Able to engage and influence at all levels of stakeholder, both internally and externally
- Analytical (quantitative/qualitative) approach
- Strong business acumen
- Facilitator and influencer
- Able to present formal/informal findings in a clearly defined and persuasive manner
- Excellent communication skills in English

Rate: Market rate

Duration: 6-12months + (rolling contracts scenario)
