Snr Network Engineer

Based in Paris we are looking for a senior network engineer to provide network implementation and operational support in a 24x7x365 networking environment. Support Data/VoIP systems for an international enterprise network. Work in a high paced dynamic environment including contact centers, E-commerce, data centers and wide area networks. You will be considered a Subject matter expert for routing, switching and Firewalls.

You will be responsible for;

* Experience with global server load balancing, VoIP, and telephony solutions is preferred.
* Troubleshoot straightforward networking problems independently by investigating underlying problems. * Evaluate, implement and monitor incoming network change requests
* Participate in peer review of new or modified LANs/WANs/VoIP strategy and advise on impact of proposed network changes
* Monitor and respond to network incidents, triage and resolve the problem
* Perform quarterly proactive network testing to ensure proper functioning and reliability of the network
* Provide input to cost/benefit analysis on intermediate projects.

Work Experience and Education Guidelines:
* 6 or more years related experience required.
* 4-6 years in an IT functional role.
* B.A./B.S. in related field or equivalent preferred.
* Cisco or Avaya IP Telephony Experience preferred
* Cisco or Avaya Contact Center administration preferred
* Cisco CCNA,CCNP or CCI Voice or Avaya ACE certifications preferred
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent demonstrated IT work experience with Production Management experience
