Experience working within Banking
Strong track record in Business and Systems Analysis
Excellent exposure to change management
Ability to effectively communicate with IT and business groups
Project Methodology experience
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Exeprience with business process re-design
Specialist experience in a retail banking environment is preferred
