Senior Business Analyst-Contract-London-£450-500/day-Project Delivery

My client, a top tier bank is looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to come in and support the programme lead managing and driving forward the delivery of the next phases of the connector project.

Some of the accountabilities include:

* Create and manage deployment plans
* Create and manage measurement systems to track adoption, utilization and proficiency of individual changes
* Create and enable reinforcement mechanisms and celebrations of success
* Work alongside the project teams to integrate change management activities into the overall project
* Specifically be responsible for creating and maintaining and overall project plan as well as key project deliverables

Experience required:

* Consultancy experience is essential
* Proven record of project delivery and change management
* Experience of analysing data and creating/maintaining models and spreadsheets
* Creation of approach documents

Knowledge/skills:

* Agile development approaches beneficial
* Large scale deployment understanding
