THE ROLE:
A fast growing Electronics company in Cambridgeshire, who specialise in the design of products for the Medical sector have a 6 month requirement for an experienced SMPSU (Switch Mode Power Supply) Engineer to join the team on the development of a new product.
For this role it is desirable if you have designed low power, multi output switch mode power supplies, which have ultra wide input ranges.
You should demonstrate strong SMPSU skills (from design to test) as well have good knowledge of SMPSU topologies.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
1. SMPSU Power Supply design (AC-DC, DC-DC)
2. EMC testing
3. Full product life cycle design (design to test)
4. SMPSU topology experience
5. A natural Problem Solver
