SME - Process Management - Banking - Zurich - Contract

On behalf of one of our clients in the banking sector in Zurich, we are searching for an SME for their Process Management team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Coaching and supporting team with process expertise and acting as an SME on process management activities
- Driving the development and improvement of the process framework of the SDLC
- Representing process view in committees
- Communicating process management initiatives to the organization
- Training employees and participating in IT transformation initiatives
- Conducting process assessments
- Defining rules and guidelines of process management

IDEAL PROFILE:

- 10+ years of experience in the financial sector
- 5+ years of experience in process management functions in the banking sector
- Experience in Software Development Lifecycle projects would be a strong advantage
- Previous experience in a leading function
- Very good understanding of BPMN (Business Process Model & Notation)
- Experience with Visio, Confluence, SharePoint would be a plus
- Fluent English
