MY DUTIES:

-Global AML Programms Support in the Compliance-domain (Stream AML/KYC Framework, Standards & Methodologies)
-Design and implement a comprehensive, state of the art Financial Crime/Money Laundering Prevention framework
-Preparing and providing trainings to Compliance specialists and Front
-Planning, task/issue management, delivery supervision)

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Multiyear experience within the banking industry in any of Money Laundering prevention, Financial Crime or other relevant regulations at Swiss, European and Asian Banks (International experience is required)
-In-depth knowledge and experience in Financial Crime, Anti-Money Laundering, Sanctions and Counter Terrorist Financing regulations
-Project experience to design and implement a comprehensive, state of the art Financial Crime/Money Laundering Prevention framework (i.e. design and implementation of Global Financial Crime Policies & Procedures)
-In-depth knowledge for special client types such as Trusts, Foundations, UK structures, complex structures etc.
-In-depth experience to write policies & procedures for special client types.
-Project Management experience (Planning, task/issue management, delivery supervision)
-Experience in preparing and providing trainings to Compliance specialists and Front
-Strong analytical skills and ability to analyse issues and define solutions
-Fluent English
