Small Parts Shipper Job

Yoh has a six (6) month plus contract opportunity for a SHIPPER/SMALL PARTS to join our client in Gloucester, MA. The hours are 11AM to 7PM.

CLIENT OVERVIEW:

Our client Applied Materials/Varian Semiconductor Equipment is a leading manufacturer of ion implantation systems, powering the Internet, the PC, telecommunications and the information age. Varian Semiconductor Equipment Associates, Inc. (VSEA) designs, manufactures, and services semiconductor processing equipment used in the fabrication of integrated circuits. They are dedicated to meeting the exacting demands of IC production and satisfying the ion implantation needs of IC manufacturers worldwide

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible for the shipment of small parts to both domestic and international locations.
- Must be familiar with both UPS and FedEx shipping procedures.
- Ability to prepare and package shipments using Industry best practices
- Experience with logistics and freight forwarding

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Two (2) plus years shipping experience
- The candidate should be able to work on his/her feet and be able to lift packages up to 50 lbs. and perform other light physical duties.
- Working knowledge of Incoterms 2010
- Experience with Lotus Notes and SAP is preferred
