SM TRANSFER TEAM LEADER

Randstad Professionals is actively looking for a Team leader for SM Transfer to join their pharmaceutical client in Basel, Switzerland. The project will last 2 years and has a 100% service level of employment.

Role description

-Apply tools and relevant phases of the established 10 step transfer processes (steps 3-10) to the assigned transfer projects
-Manage assigned transfer projects: lead transfer teams, facilitate and keep track of transfer process activities, keep all stakeholders including senior management timely informed on the progress of the projects
-Assess and manage project risks
-Leads Tech Transfer Projects
-Assesses and Manages Project Risks
-Leads Tech Transfer Communication
-Collaborates with PSCOs, Supply Planners and logistic functions
-Leads Project Completion
-Supports implementation of PT Transfer related Systems and Processes

Your skills

-Over 5 year experience in the pharmaceutical industry
-One or more year experience of the following areas: Manufacturing, Project management, Drug Product/Drug Substance Technical transfers/validations
-Strong leadership skills
-Project management skills

-Demonstrated interpersonal skills to work effectively with and/or manage internal stakeholders, external business partners and contractors, and cross-functional, cross-cultural project teams across multiple locations
-Demonstrated leadership and project management skills to effectively and independently plan, manage, and lead cross-functional, multicultural, cross-enterprise project teams. Motivates and inspires diverse groups to exceptional results without direct authority
-Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
-Strong project management, organization, facilitation, problem solving, quantitative analysis, and financial skills
