Skype for Business - Administrator

We are working strategically with one of our core clients who is looking for an experienced and highly knowledgeable Skype for Business - Administrator.

Scope of this project:

- Perform complex incident triage
- Use of SCOM management and instrumentation to provide continuous improvement of monitoring and reporting
- Support capacity management oversight for Lync Server 2013 (Skype for Business)
- Optional and for the right candidate: all or part of the above but for Exchange Server 2010 and Outlook 2013 technologies
- Support and administer Lync core services (Instant Messaging & Presence and Web Conferencing) and Lync Edge Services (Federation, Web Conferencing and Mobility) and Lync Remote Call Control

Key technical skills that all candidates must attain:

7-10 years experience

Demonstrable and thorough understanding and experience of Lync Server 2013/Skype for Business and key supporting technologies such as Active Directory, Exchange, SQL Server, PKI/Certificate Services, SharePoint, Telephony (IP & TDM based), Media Gateways, Reverse Proxy Servers, Firewalls and Security Lync Server 2013 and Lync 2013 (Skype for Business) SME. Providing support oversight, capacity & performance management support - Fluent in English

Desirable skills would be useful to possess that can add value towards the project:

- Certification a plus: MCSE with the Communication specialisation and/or Core Solutions of Microsoft Lync Server 2013 and Enterprise Voice & Online Services with Microsoft Lync Server 2013 Microsoft certifications
