My client, a leading Energy company are currently looking for a Service Improvement Consultant to join their company on a contract basis in Exeter.
Responsibilities:
- Working with the business lead, to enhance service and process improvement
- Responsible for knowledge transfer of CI tools to immediate CI members
Requirements:
- Experience in leading Continuous Improvement/Lean E2E interventions within a B2C environment.
- Six Sigma Black Belt Practitioner
- Comprehensive working knowledge of CI tools/techniques.
- Process Mapping/Value Stream Mapping
