Six Sigma Project Manager - French Speaking

Nicholas Bernard seek a French speaking Project Manager with Six sigma skills for a 6 month contract in Brussels.

PROFILE DESCRIPTION:

-3-5 years' experience, Ideally in the Pharma industry
-Ability to analyze and break down a process, with the intent of streamlining it and making more efficient
-French fluent/mother tongue with good knowledge of English
-Dynamic person, good communicator
-Ability to work in a team and easy to reach out to
-Good knowledge of Windows Applications
-It would be good if the candidate is a certified Green Belt
-Good project management skills
-Operational mindset - being on the shop-floor, understanding operational constraints
-Pragmatic person with a Lean mindset to drive our improvement plan

Mission responsibilities:

Analyze current processes

-Apply Lean Six Sigma principle to existing processes
-Support the team in process re-engineering, eliminating waste
-Find ways to make our structure more efficient and performing
-Participate in CTSO projects, as assigned by the Head of Operations
-Lead Problem Solving Sessions and identify bottlenecks and problem areas

Specific professional/technical expertise and key skills required:

-Interpersonal skills: ability to work in a team, ability to negotiate without imposing
-Professional and technical competencies: lean Six Sigma principle - Green Belt certification is a plus

Communication skills: good communicator in French, with a fairly good knowledge of English
