Six Sigma Lead Business Analyst - Solvency II - Bristol

Based in Bristol a Lead Business Analyst is required on a contract basis to work on a large Solvency II Programme within the insurance area for a bank. Specifically the programme involves the implementation of process improvements within Solvency II production runs and delivering regulatory reporting capability for Solvency II into the Insurance Finance function.

Candidates must be a LEAN expert with strong analysis skills within the banking/financial services sector. Black Belt or Green Belt Six Sigma qualification is strongly preferred as the project is primarily focused around process improvement. You would be responsible for current and future state process flow mapping, defining end to end activities, ownership and controls.

Other key responsibilities include developing requirements with business contacts using various BA techniques; working closely with IT to ensure best solution and present findings to stakeholders; designing and facilitating activity to support the production of BA deliverables; producing use cases/requirements specifications in line with established processes; management of key stakeholders.
