Our client, a leading investment bank, currently seeks a Six Sigma Black Belt, to be based in London

The Six Sigma Black Belt will be responsible for:

-Acting as a key enabler to ensure the ITO functions achieve their year on year efficiency and cost reduction targets according to ITO's strategic objectives
-Training where needed classes of delegates up to Black Belt Level
-Auditing the continued use and application of Lean tools and management within the operation
-Forging close effective working relations with upstream Supplier functions providing process inputs in order to drive down error rates through identification and elimination of root cause.
-Communicating effectively to stakeholders on project progress and develop close working relationship with line management
-Project prioritisation and delivery of complex multi location Lean Sigma Projects

As such, the successful Six Sigma Black Belt will have the following skills and experience:

-Strong leadership attributes
-Influencing and team working skills
-Excellent analytical skills
-Good standard of education, preferred to degree level
-Lean Sigma Black Belt or equivalent professional qualification
